All the items should have a "found in raid" status, meaning they can be either taken out of the raid or crafted in the Hideout.
Go to Interchange to the OLI store. On racks, you can find Alkaline cleaners, corrugated hoses, and propane tanks.
Morphine can be found in Mantis, TARZDRAV, and Apteka stores. There are also a lot of medicine spawns in the Health resort on Shoreline, so it might be worth checking if you struggle to find morphine.
